Peer Support Program
Our Peer Support Program offers a safe, compassionate space where you can connect with a trained peer who has lived experience with similar challenges and have some understanding of what you’re going through.
Whether you’re navigating mental health struggles, recovery, grief, chronic illness, or life transitions, our peer supporter can provide non-judgmental listening, shared hope, and practical encouragement based on real-life wisdom — not clinical advice.
You are not alone — healing and connection are possible, one conversation at a time.
Outpatient Continuing Care
Our Outpatient Continuing Care program provides ongoing support for individuals who have successfully completed primary treatment.
Through weekly self-help meetings, participants can maintain their progress, strengthen recovery skills, share experiences in a supportive group setting, and build long-term connections with others on similar journeys. These meetings focus on accountability, relapse prevention, personal growth, and celebrating milestones in a welcoming, non-clinical environment.
Continuing care helps bridge the transition from intensive treatment back to everyday life, offering structure and community when it matters most.
