Our support services are designed to enhance the care experience by providing access to primary healthcare, telemedicine, and other essential resources that help individuals address their physical, mental, and emotional well-being throughout the recovery journey.
By integrating healthcare and support services directly into our model of care, we help reduce barriers, improve access to specialized resources, and ensure clients receive coordinated support when they need it most. This comprehensive approach helps strengthen treatment outcomes and supports lasting wellness beyond recovery programs alone.
Services
Medical Clinic
Our on-site Medical Clinic provides integrated healthcare services to support clients throughout their recovery journey. By combining medical care, nursing support, testing services, and pharmacotherapy with our addiction and mental health programs, we offer a coordinated, interdisciplinary approach that addresses both physical and mental health needs in one convenient location.
Hours of Operation
Full services are available weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with limited services offered after hours and on weekends.
Entrance Requirements
Available to individuals currently receiving services from the Jubilee Centre.
Ontario Telemedicine Network
The Jubilee Centre serves as a host site for the Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN), supporting clients in attending scheduled virtual healthcare appointments with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers across Ontario.
Clients access appointments on-site through secure telemedicine studios, with support available from designated staff when required. OTN appointments are coordinated directly through the referring healthcare provider or treating team.
This service helps improve access to healthcare while reducing the need for travel outside the community.

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Format
Virtual healthcare appointments are accessed on-site through telemedicine studios.
Eligibility
OTN services at the Jubilee Centre are available only to:
- Current Jubilee Centre clients;
- Individuals who have been formally scheduled through an approved healthcare provider utilizing the Jubilee Centre as a host site.
The Jubilee Centre does not provide direct medical booking services or public walk-in telemedicine appointments.
